This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 8 amβ5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Place sounded like the real deal, was recommended them by friend after bad experience at a diff shop, from them doing a 2 wheel alignment and charging me for 4, and telling me they torqued my suspension to spec... try again, woo saw, here i was at mech pride. .. . lied about what they did and didnt do, problem they stated i had, was only because of the exact reason i was in there to begin with, to have my bolts torqued. so after 36 hours of either lies or incompetence, not sure which one, i politely left, and purchased a digital torque, and what do ya know, STEERING RACK JUST FINE after torquing my shocks, and what they didnt correctly check was another lie, my car will not "get to 80 mph on the freeway" because it needs A FRONT RIGHT WHEEL BEARING, which i figured out irritated about this and a million videos at home later.. so i come in, pretty much tell them, my wallet is yours, fix the wobble and tighten it all down to spec. instead i am learning mechanics as we go, and ya know, lets pretend i was buying any of their nonsense about steering rack, i was supposed to be getting a phone call about the pricing of that, and never did. i was polite, easy going, even bought them a

The folks at this shop were all very polite and friendly, and when there was a slight hiccup, they fixed it without any hesitation! And when I say hiccup it was nothing to do the the repairs, it was just a timing issue. Awesome job guys thanks!

I'm so pleased with the work they did to my car. They stayed open late to finish the work because I needed the car the next day, but I'm so impressed they inflated my cruddy tires (that I need to replace) without having to ask. They just saw it needed to be done and did it without me asking. They saved me so much time and the car worked great when I got it back. Highly Recommend!!!!!

Last year I drove a old and high mileage 1998 dodge Dakota from Portland to Wisconsin. These guy helped me out immensely, They worked very hard. They got the truck on Wednesday, diagnosed everything, and worked on it Friday, when it still wasn't quite finished Friday night they worked passed their store hours cutting into their weekend and family time to help get me home with this rust free truck. They are phenomenal people and deserve your business. For you guys at the shop thank you for your help, and to update you the truck was rear ended and the frame bent in a snow storm 2 weeks after I made it back home.

Needed someone to check out a car that i wanted to buy. They were very busy that day but had one opening at 1:00. The sales person at the dealership offered to take the car over for me since I'm in Montana but he got there an hour late! Mechanics Pride still took the time to look the car over and now i have a new-to-me car. Can't thank them enough. Well worth it and they were very reasonable on the price!
